It depends on the size of your order. We can usually accommodate requests made 2–3 days in advance, but for larger events we recommend contacting us earlier.

We strive to accommodate events of all sizes. Our largest catered event so far involved serving 500 cups continuously over 2 hours, with 200 cups ready from the start. No matter the size of your event, we’ll do our best to meet your needs.

We’re happy to accommodate special requests and custom flavor combinations whenever possible. While we can’t guarantee every request can be fulfilled, please include your preferences in the quote message, and we’ll be glad to discuss the available options with you.
